Beaux. Day 2.

No rain, but very cold and windy all day. Some brave visitors came to show today. And big amount of black poodles also(very popular breed in Miami?). It is good that they did not trasform into Mephisto, they just made me think about Goethe's Faust a lot today.

Beaux. Day 1.

Rain, rain, rain...and ibises, the only visitors.

It is cold in Miami.

It is very cold, so cold that iguanas are falling from trees. Experts say that cold blooded reptiles go into a deep sleep when temperature falls into 40's. Iguanas are not native to Florida and experts say they begin to threaten Florida's ecosystem, but it is not iguana's fault that irresponsible people brought them to Florida as pets and then released them. Some (many) floridians don't like iguanas, and some floridians love them (as a food). I have sympathy for iguanas and other lizards of different sizes - they are suffering.

Working on new ex libris.
